We are looking for an experienced and innovative Senior UI/UX Designer with 3+ years of experience to lead the design of intuitive, user-centric digital experiences. In this role, you will drive the end-to-end design process, mentor junior designers, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• User Research & Strategy: Lead user research, usability testing, and data analysis to uncover insights and inform design decisions.

• Wireframing & Prototyping: Create advanced wireframes, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that align with business goals and user needs.

• Visual & Interaction Design: Craft visually compelling and functional interfaces while ensuring consistency with brand guidelines.

• Design Leadership: Mentor junior designers, advocate for UX best practices, and contribute to design system evolution.

• Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner closely with product managers, developers, and business teams to align design solutions with technical feasibility and business objectives.

• Iterative Improvement: Analyze user feedback, metrics, and A/B testing results to refine and optimize designs.

Technical Skills

• Expert proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar tools.

• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and design thinking methodologies.

• Experience with design systems, component libraries, and scalable UI solutions.

• Familiarity with front-end development (HTML/CSS/JS) to ensure feasible handoff to developers.

• Knowledge of motion design, micro-interactions, and accessibility standards is a plus.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional UI/UX design experience (preferably in digital products or SaaS).

• Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in end-to-end UX processes, problem-solving, and visual design.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions to stakeholders.

• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments and collaborating with remote teams.
